The Jerusalem International Foundation, Syria, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab People's Committee for Supporting the Palestinian People and Resisting the Zionist Project and the Palestinian Resistance Factions, organized today a lecture entitled The Palestinian Question in Oriental Studies in the Culture of Abu Rummaneh in Damascus.
Dr. Safeer al-Jarrad, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, confirmed in his lecture that all the works of orientalists in the countries of the world left an imprint and a picture confirming the entitlement of the Palestinian presence and its global presence and became an important reference for all researchers and as a witness to the ancient history of Palestine, especially that the orientalists resorted to photographs as a visual memory documenting their future drawings From the east.
Al-Jarrad pointed out that Orientalism, on the other hand, worked to find false evidence for the Zionist movement about its presence in Palestine by penetrating some Orientalist schools of Arab codes in some countries and finding authors and writers interested in promoting Orientalist ideas and making them theses in major Arab universities.
The lecture was attended by the General Director of the Jerusalem International Foundation, Syria, Dr. Khalaf Al-Moftah, and the head of the Syrian Arab People's Committee to Support the Palestinian People and Resist the Zionist Project, Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Miro, and a number of leaders and representatives of the Palestinian factions and the Syrian and Palestinian national parties, and a group of researchers and interested parties.
