For at least a couple of months, Cristina Kirchner had been complaining
privately
, to different interlocutors, about the management problems of the national government.
Almost like an outside commentator.
This Monday, with a furious letter, he
publicly
documented
his claims and spoke of "officials who do not work."
And how do people see them?
Clarín
accessed a national survey that measured the image of the
15 main ministers and
cabinet
secretaries
.
They all failed
.
Including the one closest to the vice president.
And not only that: they also included Sergio Berni in the study and the person in charge of Security in the province of Buenos Aires relegated his peers from the Casa Rosada.
The work is from the
University of San Andrés
, which released a national survey of 1,060 cases, surveyed between October 7 and 16.
It is an extensive study, the results of which are distributed in a 54-page report.
Public opinion criticism of the current crisis and the way the Government is dealing with it are widespread and growing.
Before reaching the Cabinet numbers,
clues appear
.
Alberto Fernández, on December 6, 2019, when he presented the Cabinet at his offices in Puerto Madero.

-
77%
of those surveyed are
"dissatisfied with the general progress of things
.
"
-
Government approval
, which in April was 67% positive and 28% negative, has now been reversed:
+ 35% and - 62%
.
- All
public policies
have more
rejection than approval
.
In this context, "science policy" is the one with the best balance: + 38% and - 51%.
And the "security policy", the worst: + 12% and - 85%.
-
75%
consider that the "
situation in the country worsened
"
compared to a year ago.
And
56%
are
pessimistic
about next year.
- The
three most important figures of the Government
have
more negative than positive image
: Alberto Fernández combines + 37% and - 56%;
Cristina, + 21% and - 73%;
and Sergio Massa, + 21% and - 69%.
Then, yes, comes the chapter on
"Image and knowledge of public officials"
.
Respondents are offered six response variants to rate 15 national ministers and secretaries, plus Berni: "very good", "somewhat good", "I don't know", "you don't know", "somewhat bad" and "very bad. "
The first two make up what is called the "positive image" and the last two, the "negative image."
The balance sheet is weak
.
The survey orders the table according to the positive image.
The
least bad
is the
Buenos Aires Minister of Security
, who has
28% in favor
(6% of "very good" and 22% of "somewhat good").
But in addition, it is one of those with a higher level of knowledge (88%).
Complete, however, with a relatively high negative (46%, by 17% of "somewhat bad" and 29% of "very bad"), which leaves it with a balance against 18 points.
The
national officials
show in this study
poor numbers
.
The
positive images
of the 15 ministers and national secretaries evaluated range
between 9 and 22 points
, while the
negative ones
range
from 26 to 52
.
That is, the highest positive does not even reach the lowest negative.
Although most of these officials were appointed by decision of the President,
the most loyal to the vice
, such as Eduardo "Wado" de Pedro, in charge of the Interior, are not doing well either.
In addition, despite the fact that
more than 10 months have passed
since its inauguration, it is still a Cabinet with a
moderate level of knowledge
: 8 of the 15, more than 30% of those surveyed know us.

Cristina's letter left
two strong controversies open
.
And people - in the polls - have been giving their opinion on both.
It does not coincide with the vice view on the management of power (she said that the one in command, always, is the President);
but it does accompany his opinion on the image of the officials.
