The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office filed an indictment today (Wednesday) against Hossam Tamimi, a 69-year-old resident of the city, for sodomy and consuming a minor.
According to the indictment, Tamimi met a 14-year-old boy near his house last month, and offered to come to his house for a drink, after the minor told him that he had no place to sleep.
The boy agreed and went with Tamimi to his house, where he placed his hand on the minor's leg and asked him if "he likes it."
The boy replied in the negative, and shortly afterwards fled Tamimi's house.
A few days later, Tamimi and the boy met again several times.
In one of the meetings between them, according to the indictment, Tamimi offered the boy to come with him to his warehouse.
When they got there, he locked the door behind him, went into the bathroom, undressed and went out naked in the direction of the boy.
He ordered the minor to undress, and offered him a hug for 50 shekels, an offer the boy agreed to.
The two met several more times later that week, each time eventually reaching the warehouse.
There, on three occasions, the boy performed oral sex on Tamimi for 50 or 100 shekels anyway.
During this period, the defendant told the minor that if he told about what was happening between them, he would stop talking to him and do the deeds with him.
The prosecution wants to extend the detention of Tamimi, who is charged with three offenses of sodomy with a minor and four offenses of prohibiting the consumption of prostitution of a minor, until the end of the legal proceedings against him.
