Choir Haneen and Helm “Safita” was a guest at the Dar Al-Assad Theater of Culture in Lattakia, during a choral evening during which he presented a number of the most beautiful musical compositions and songs firmly in the minds of successive generations of musician Ziad Rahbani.

The evening, titled “Choir Haneen and Choir A Dream, Sings Ziad Rahbani” was opened with a choral vocal singing “Acapella” by the famous musical piece Abu Ali. Percition refers to a bouquet of musical diversity that characterizes Ziad's works, to show the choir high abilities and professionalism in collective singing with the songs of “Wahn and my knowledge of you, and robbed me of time and how you are and hope for a home.”

The distinctive performance of the children of the choir “Dream” with the songs “Plato” and “Bama Anu” enjoyed the great interaction of the audience, who was eager for Ziad's songs, especially “Ya Nour Eini”, “Raja, God willing,” and “Ya Siva Ali Ala Tail,” which the choir performed together.

Dr. Noha Bashour, founder and director of the choir, considered in a statement to SANA that the choir in which 75 people participated in this evening are distributed among the choral nostalgia and dream that sees singing by a great musician such as Ziad Rahbani an important and difficult experience, especially with its distribution to four choral voices indicating the presentation of his works and celebrating them in several Concerts in a number of governorates due to the importance of what Ziad Al-Rahbani, who is considered one of the most important contemporary art schools, was able through his works, whether musical or theatrical, to represent different generations.

For his part, the musician Mohamed Shehadeh praised the presentation of a great musical work such as Ziyad and the celebration of an artist who constitutes a musical genius, which constitutes a special case of the kind of abstinent plain and is an extension of the time of art giants, especially through a choir distributed over four voices.

It is noteworthy that the choir, which was founded in 2010, has a membership of 110 people, has performed more than 30 concerts, and has nearly 220 songs distributed in its archives.
