Canteens should be allowed to stay open.
Entertainment events and leisure facilities should be prohibited or closed nationwide.
Cinemas, theaters as well as opera and concert halls are also due to close by the end of November.
The regulation also affects leisure and amateur sports; individual sports are to be excluded.
Cosmetic studios and massage practices should also close.
On the other hand,
schools
and
kindergartens
should
remain reliably open in November.
The same applies to wholesale and retail.
However, it must be ensured that there is no more than one customer per ten square meters in the shops.
Tourist accommodation offers in Germany are prohibited in November.
These should only be made for necessary purposes such as mandatory business trips.
Companies are urged to make home work possible - wherever this is feasible.
In addition, there will be economic aid with reimbursement amounts of up to 75 percent of sales from November 2019 for companies with up to 50 employees.
For larger companies there will be help within the scope of what is possible under European law.
