US President Donald Trump is ignorant, dangerous and so psychologically unstable that several ministers have considered overthrowing him: In November 2019, the disclosure book "A Warning" was published, in which some sharp Allegations against Trump were formulated.

The author of the book hid behind the pseudonym "Anonymous", but now he is clearly recognizable: Miles Taylor, former chief of staff of the Homeland Security Department, has declared to be the author of "A Warning".

"Donald Trump is a man without a character," tweeted Taylor on Wednesday evening: "That's why I wrote 'A Warning'. And that's why I and my colleagues have spoken out against him (under our own name) for months."

Now it is time to step out of the shadows.

Miles Taylor is a former US Department of Homeland Security officer.

There he worked from 2017 to 2019 as Chief of Staff for Minister Kirstjen Nielsen.

As a senior official, Taylor is said to have had direct contact with Trump, according to the New York Times, especially on issues such as immigration, internet security and terrorism.

Taylor resigned from his job at the end of 2019, and today he works for CNN television and supports Joe Biden's election campaign.

"I'm a Republican and I wanted this president to succeed"

Taylor Trump has recently criticized Trump more often in public.

In his now-published statement, with a view to the upcoming presidential election, he wrote: "We alone have to decide whether his behavior warrants a continuation of his term in office, and we face a momentous decision as our decision about Trump's future will influence our future for years to come ".

Years ago he still supported Trump, said Taylor.

"I'm a Republican and I wanted this president to succeed," said Taylor's statement.

He was then disappointed with the government because Trump was a man without character and made too many mistakes.

In 2018 Taylor already wrote a critical essay in the "New York Times", also anonymously.

In the essay, the author wrote that he was part of a secret "force of resistance" that opposed Trump's "misguided impulses" and undermined parts of his agenda.

That moved Trump to speak of a "Deep State" working against him within his administration.

In 2019, Taylor quit his job.

"When I left the government, I wrote A Warning, a character study," said Taylor.

The book was also a warning to voters that the Trump administration was not as bad as it looked.

"It was worse."

In the book, Taylor collected some serious allegations:

  • Trump shows growing signs of

    mental confusion.

  • For a time, the cabinet discussed behind closed

    doors

     to overthrow

Trump with the 25th amendment to the constitution because of a

    lack of sanity

    .

  • Trump sometimes reveals

    state secrets

    to brag.

He once proudly showed a secret document to a reporter in the Oval Office: "You see?"

  • A number of high-ranking government officials would have considered mass resignation - a "

    midnight

    massacre

    ".

They would only have refrained from doing so because it would have "made the situation even worse".

Taylor wrote that he published the book anonymously so that Trump could not attack him personally, but instead had to comment on the allegations.

However, the book received less attention than disclosure books that were not published anonymously.

Shortly after Taylor announced he was the author of "A Warning," White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany commented on the publication.

She called Taylor a "liar and a coward".
