About property rights
:
Property rights and legal security over them are a condition for development, growth and also for the improvement of the quality of life of all Argentines.
It is impossible to think about democratic coexistence without the full force of the rule of law and the rule of law.
And there is no law more important than the National Constitution.
And as the Constitution establishes in its article 17, property is inviolable and only a sentence based on law can deprive someone of the right to it.
To dispose of the goods, produce and invest, it is essential to have the certainty of property rights.
It is an obligation of the State to protect them.
This does not mean that there is no need to address the situations of a huge housing deficit that Argentina has.
The two realities must be addressed simultaneously: on the one hand, the unrestricted defense of private property and the enforcement of the law;
and on the other, the urgency of generating affordable urban land, urbanization and social integration.
One right cannot be to the detriment of the other. "
