As part of an ambitious plan aiming to develop the judo game in the police clubs to remain at the forefront of competing clubs in the local and foreign championships, joint training exercises were held for the players of the police clubs in the provinces of Lattakia and Tartous at Al-Bassel Stadium.

In a statement to the SANA sports correspondent, Lattakia Police Club President Haider Rajoub confirmed that these friendly meetings are not the first and were preceded by a similar friendly meeting in Hama, and there will be other meetings with the rest of the games as part of the club's plan to activate its sports.

Lattakia Police Trainer Abdel-Wahab Obeid said that these joint exercises are a good opportunity to interact with the players and develop their skills and techniques, which makes them a quality station for exchanging information and experiences and standing at the level of the club's players technically and physically in light of the suspension of tournaments, local sporting activities and external benefits due to the Corona pandemic, pointing out that through These exercises can develop an appropriate plan to work in the next stages

As for Tartous Police coach Ali Ali, he stated that the development of female judo in police clubs depends on young age groups and the rules that need contact and continuous training to develop their technical and physical skills and abilities in parallel with their mental capabilities.
