Bruck -

The industrial area in the Taglaching district of Bruck has been bitterly disputed for years - right up to the referendum, in which around 60 percent of the voters voted in favor of the project in 2015.

But all of that has long been history, and Taglaching is now being built.

With the company ghv Vetriebs-GmbH from Grafing, the second company is currently settling.

The groundbreaking has taken place.

Many applicants for the parcels

Mayor Josef Schwäbl (CSU) speaks of many applicants for the parcels in Taglaching.

The council is currently selecting.

Five properties have been sold.

Depending on the size, there is still room for about ten companies, says the town hall chief.

The municipality is flexible, borders can still be moved.

“We're in no hurry,” says Schwäbl, who hopes “that the companies at the new location in Taglaching will do well economically, because only then will the community benefit too”.

Relocation from Schammach to Taglaching

Ghv Vertriebs-GmbH, which was previously based in Grafing / Schammach and now builds in Taglaching, claims to offer tailor-made products in the field of drive technology, automation and LED solutions.

Drive design, project implementation and customer-specific special developments complete the portfolio.

A two-storey company building with offices, a development area and a spacious assembly, production and storage hall is being built on the 2500 square meter property in Taglaching.

The earthworks have started, the move from Grafing to Taglaching is scheduled to take place in summer 2021.

"We are happy when local companies invest in the region, secure jobs and want to expand further", congratulated Mayor Schwäbl at the official groundbreaking ceremony.

“Just in time for the company's 30th anniversary, the largest investment in the company's history will become reality in the coming months,” explain the two ghv managing directors Hubert and Maximilian Hausjell.

"At the new location we now have the opportunity to develop further as a full-service provider in automation technology and to increasingly offer customer-specific system and special solutions."
