Everything is going well at SC Moosen.

Manfred Slawny was confirmed in his office in the YHV.

There was praise for the good youth work.

Moosen - The new elections at SC Moosen were quickly carried out.

Election supervisor Andreas Seidl, the new head of the football department, carried it out at the annual general meeting of the sports club in the Gasthaus Zuhr.

There have been a few changes.

Unanimously, the chairman Manfred Slawny was again given confidence.

Antonio Ostenrieder was elected as his new deputy.

He takes over the office of Harald Müdsam, who resigned for health reasons.

Ostenrieder had previously been head of the football department for 16 years.

Treasurer Anita Huber was re-elected in absentia.

Ulrike Schweiger-Empl, head of the aerobics & fitness department, temporarily took over this task for secretary Anita Körbl, who no longer accepted this position.

The new press attendant is Martin Lechner, who replaced Slawny.

Hans Kranich and Hermann Hinterwimmer remain cash auditors.

The chairman reported on an association year under exceptional circumstances and welcomed the new mayor Stefan Haberl for the first time.

The number of members is "brand new" at 1109 people, "two more, then we have a schnapps number" that Haberl would like to have, as he later revealed.

The proportion between the 630 male members (adults 460 / youth 170) and the 479 female members (331/180) is relatively balanced (302), skiing (297), tennis (204) and the stick shooter (93), informed the chairman, whereby there are double memberships.

Last year's Advent market with the new sales booth was a great attraction and success.

Also the two Christmas celebrations in Hubenstein, in which the four founding members Georg Mundigl, Hermann Holzner, Hermann Obermaier and Ad Lanzinger were honored under the motto “70 years of SC Moosen”.

The athletes' ball with the band Tetrapack by player-coach-singer Maxi Bauer was well attended.

According to Slawny, the indoor football tournament in Taufkirchen also went very well again and was an opportunity for the SCM to present itself and show what it can do.

Now there is a break, this year not only because of Corona, but also because the triple gym in Taufkirchen has been demolished.

"It will take a few years before it is available to us again," said Slawny, also in his capacity as 3rd Mayor.

After the lockdown, the sports grounds were "completely deserted", a "painful sight" for Slawny.

The first department to return to day-to-day business was tennis, then football.

In the beginning there was contactless training, then the first friendlies were played without spectators.

“A couple of people happened to be watching on the footpath,” he said, saying that the sports area was big enough that you couldn't get on each other's feet.

They also visited some anniversaries for their birthday, only with Ella Zuhr, the landlady, this was not possible because of Corona, which he very much regretted.

The preview of the SCM boss was rather sad: the Advent market, Christmas parties and athletes' ball were canceled.

"We can only hope that it will get better in the spring."

On behalf of treasurer Anita Huber, Slawny also reported on a financially solid year for the main club.

The debts for the new club building could be reduced by 10 353 euros and are currently 110 096 euros.

"We are on his very healthy path."

Mayor Haberl stated in his greeting that the cooperation between the associations and the community should continue as before.

As the third mayor, Manfred Slawny is an asset to Moosen and one can build stronger bridges for the place and the sports club.

He thanked all the volunteers and selected Uli Schweiger-Empl as an example, who, as the head of the Aerobics & Fitness department, organized the day of inclusive gymnastics with her team in Moosen.

The high number of members shines out across the entire district, "that is your merit and your work".

The community is happy to invest in youth and sports funding, i.e. the places.

For the SCM it is a total of 8,800 euros.

As an ex-sports officer, Slawny stated that the community currently receives ten euros for each young member.

“That is good for the clubs and motivates them to do youth work.

The young people have a very good and large offer with us ”, he said and thanked all the trainers who“ do incredible things and almost do social work at very low prices ”.
