A wild boar trapped accident occurred in Sha Tin.

At about 3 in the morning, a resident of Shang Wo Che Village in Sha Tin reported that a wild boar was found trapped in a slit between the village house and the nearby slope.

The fire and police arrived at the scene and found that the wild boar, about 1 meter long, was trapped, injured and bleeding and unable to move.

It was initially suspected that it stumbled and fell from a slope about 4 meters high. However, because the scene was too narrow to be rescued rashly, rescuers are urgencyly calling for the SPCA and the Fisheries and Conservation Department to come to the scene to discuss rescue measures.

The owner, Mr. Li, pointed out that he was asleep when the incident occurred and suddenly heard a loud noise. He knew that he was not happy. It is estimated that the wild boar had an accident.

He immediately got up and walked out of the house with a flashlight for inspection. Sure enough, there was a wild boar about 1 meter long, trapped in the slit between his house and the retaining wall.

He pointed out that the slit is mainly used to remove water and to repair windows and air conditioners. The slit is only about half a meter wide and two meters long.

In addition, he pointed out that two big and three small wild boars have appeared nearby from time to time in recent days, and the crops grown in the back mountains, such as papaya, are often bitten.

It cannot be ruled out that the wild boar was in the farmland on the slope and fell off the slope while eating.
