A word for tomorrow is the title of the poetry evening that was revived by the Arab Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh today by the poets Bisan Abu Khaled and Ali Al-Dandah, whose poetry is characterized by its delinquency of modernity in form and content, and it carries the issues of the homeland and the human being with a focus on the noble values in its intellectual content.

Poet Abu Khaled recited a poem entitled Rabab, in which she blended the Arab cultural heritage since the pre-Islamic era with the contemporary, in which she reflected the heroics and victories of the past and its defeats with today's events. The poem bore the poet’s pride for the bearers of culture in Syria.

The poet Abu Khaled also presented a set of poems, one of which bore the title of the evening, “A Waving Tomorrow,” and another she gave to the children of the stones, entitled To The Man Who Was a Child, and concluded with a poem she gave to the martyr Muhammad al-Dura entitled The Scenes of a Paper.

The poet Ali Al-Dandah recited vertical verses that carried pictures of the displacements of poetic modernity that he dedicated to the poet Abu Khaled, in addition to a poem that also bore the title of the evening and other poems that bore the titles of the biography of the five transients and the trapeze of the harsh and when it caught and sealed with the mourning of his brother martyr Muhammad al-Dandah.

The poet Al-Dandah explained to Sana that the delinquency of his poetry to modernity does not mean giving up the music of poetry and its weights, nor does it permanently sever our connection with heritage.

The evening was moderated by the critic Omar Jumaa, who explained that the wave of tomorrow is that hand raised from the hand of the mother of the martyr, while he is wrapped in the flag of dignity and pride to throw him the last gentleman.
