Wellcome said that St. James' Settlement is assisting Wellcome to find charity partners. Currently, 76 charities have become partners. The first round of distribution will begin in mid-November. The entire distribution process is expected to be completed within this year.

Wellcome expects that the plan will reach 250,000 people in need and distribute pamphlets worth 312 yuan to each, including 4 cash coupons worth 50 yuan and 4 meal coupons worth 28 yuan.
