ZTE Corporation (0763) announced its results for the third quarter ended September this year. The net profit attributable to shareholders was 854 million yuan (RMB ‧ the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 67.8%; if non-recurring gains and losses were deducted, the net profit attributable to shareholders was 5.43 100 million yuan, an increase of 454.7% year-on-year.
The company also pointed out that in the third quarter of this year, operating income increased by 37.2% year-on-year to 26.93 billion yuan.
In the first three quarters of this year, net profit attributable to shareholders was 2.712 billion yuan, down 34.3% year-on-year, and net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.445 billion yuan, up 103.6% year-on-year.
Operating income during the period was 74.13 billion yuan, an increase of 15.4% year-on-year.
