Puerto Rico reaches the general elections after a four-year period full of tests such as hurricanes, earthquakes and the resignation of a governor.
On Tuesday, November 3, in addition to voting for their new governor and other positions, Puerto Ricans will participate in a plebiscite on the incorporation of the island into the United States as state number 51. Some applaud the plebiscite and others believe that the changes will take time.
