tolerance
" will nevertheless be applied this weekend "
so that each and everyone can return from their vacation spot, for that families can organize themselves
”.
To allow the return of vacationers, SNCF has indicated that the trains will run as planned.

In order to ensure the return of the All Saints holidays in the best conditions for the French in this particular period, SNCF Voyageurs confirms that the TGV INOUI, OUIGO, Intercités, international trains and regional trains will all run as planned this Thursday, October 29, Friday 30, Saturday 31 and Sunday 1 November,
”said the press release.

On the air side, “compulsory rapid tests” of the Covid-19 will be deployed for all arrivals on the territory.
Europe's internal borders will remain open and "
with some exceptions
", the external borders will be closed.
On their return, however, holidaymakers, like all French people, will have to comply with the rules of reconfinement.
The only authorized exits will be the same as in the spring, during the first confinement: "
to work, to go to a medical appointment, to bring assistance to a loved one, to do your essential shopping or to take the air near your home
”.
