Armenian Foreign Minister Zahrab Mnatsakyanian affirmed that his country possesses irrefutable evidence that the Turkish regime has sent mercenaries and terrorists from Syria and Libya to the Nagorno Karabakh region.
In an interview with Sputnik, Manatsakyanian said that there is undeniable factual evidence of the existence and continuation of Turkey sending foreign terrorist fighters from Syria and Libya to Karabakh, adding that “This is confirmed by the intelligence data of the countries participating in the chairmanship of the Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the reports received from The conflict zone itself.
Last Thursday, the Armenian President, Armen Sarkisian, reiterated that the Turkish regime was directly involved in the conflict in Nagorno Karabakh.
On September 27, armed clashes erupted on the line of contact between Azerbaijani and Armenian forces in the aforementioned region and adjacent areas, in the most dangerous escalation between the two parties in nearly three decades, amid mutual accusations of starting the fighting.
