They ambushed him and killed him

Why will emerge from the investigation, from the inquiries, if the two detainees want to speak;
or it will never be known for sure.
But the truth is that one of the two people that Marcelo Alejandro Torres (34) saw before he
bled to death in his car
in Junín was his ex, the woman with whom he was in a relationship for about two years in a relationship marked by violence and cross complaints, according to sources.
Her name is
Vilma Esther Verón (26)
and she is in prison.
His accomplice, too.
It is about his current partner: Gustavo Damián Arrieta (33).
And the evidence against both suspects is
overwhelming
: images from the security cameras, deleted messages and injuries to the body of both, in addition to the murder weapon, already make up part of the evidence with which the prosecutor of Junín Sergio Terrón accused them of the crime.

The ambush

premeditated
, we don't know if they were going to kill him or the situation got out of hand, but there is no doubt that they planned it,"
one of the investigators of the homicide who was discovered Tuesday morning
told
Clarín
when a neighbor was walking through the area known as the Ecological Park in Junín.
Torres's body was
bathed in blood
inside his white Renault Clío, the same one with which the night before, after having dinner with his father, he left the house they both shared.
"The father said that before leaving he
had received a call,
" explained the same sources who, as they did not find the phone next to the body, asked the telephone company for the latest communications from the victim: there the number of the person with the one Torres had gone to find the night of his murder.
Investigators then decided to search the
security cameras
.
The evidence provided by these images of what happened in the early morning of October 27 between Torres and Verón were the previous step to hijack cell phones, not only of the suspect but of her current partner.
Two arrested for the crime of a man in Junín: they are the former of the victim and the current partner of the girl in prison.
And there, the evidence was found among the
deleted conversations
.
And then the boyfriend was also engaged: Gustavo Arrieta (33).
The
injuries
that the doctors discovered in both suspects ended up convincing the prosecutor to order their arrests on Wednesday.
Tests
What did the researchers find?
Deleted files were recovered from the analysis of Verón's hijacked phone.
"Messages, calls by WhatsApp, where he
agrees to meet Torres at 12:40 AM,
" police sources detailed.
Security cameras completed the target between 12:40 and 1:16.
They located her shortly before October 27, walking down the street,
wearing a red jacket
.
Later, she was seen aboard Torres's car.

"At 1.06 he sent a WhatsApp message to Arrieta
to let him know that they were arriving,
" the source completed, and continued: "The antennas of the telephones coincide with the geo-location of the crime scene."
In other words, Verón
told her boyfriend
that he was entering the area of the Junín Ecological Park.
I was with Torres in the white Renault Clío and the cameras captured them entering 1.09.
For the investigators, "
Arrieta was already in the Ecological Park
and, when she arrived with the victim in the car, they attacked him there."
According to the autopsy, he was killed by
three stab wounds
to the neck that caused "hypovolemic shock."
I mean, he bled out in his car.
And they left.

“She took him there.
Maybe they just wanted to scare him, but if that was the case,
why did they bring the knife?
”Asked one of the researchers.
The truth is that from the raids that were made in the house that the detainees shared, a
red jacket
similar to the one Verón used that night
was seized
and with which she was captured by the security cameras walking towards the meeting with the victim, as in the car.
Also, the policemen seized a knife near the crime area, of the
type
that had blood stains and they suspect it was the murder weapon, Torres's Samsung cell phone and the
keys to the
white
Renault Clío
where its owner had been murdered.
The medical examination would complete the picture: Verón had abrasions on his knee and external bruises on his thighs and Arrieta, a blow to the left dorsal region and scrapes from the elbow to the right wrist.
