Today, Iraqi security forces destroyed four terrorist hideouts in Kirkuk, north of the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.
Reuters quoted the Iraqi Security Media Cell as saying in a statement that “according to accurate intelligence information, a joint force of the Intelligence Service and the Fifth Division of the Federal Police managed to raid terrorist hideouts south of the village of Sateh in Al-Rashad district in the Daquq district in the Kirkuk governorate,” adding that “dens that were contained are destroyed. On various explosive charges, a fuel tank, two Katyusha rockets, and portable batteries.
Earlier today, Iraqi forces arrested an ISIS terrorist in a security operation in the city of Fallujah in Anbar Province.
