The convoy of secretary general of the Ivorian presidency Patrick Achi, one of Alassane Ouattara's campaign directors, was strafed on Thursday evening, October 29 near Agbaou (150 km north of Abidjan), without there being injured, AFP learned from a security source and from a family member.

"Patrick Achi's convoy was machine-gunned by unknown people with automatic weapons near Agbaou where he had just held a meeting,"
a security source told AFP.
“No one was hit. Patrick Achi is fine, ”
