The sesame for going shopping or sports will be available "in the coming days" directly in the digital tracking tool.

Here is one more argument to popularize the TousAntiCovid (TAC) tracking application.

The Minister of Health, Olivier Véran, confirmed this Thursday morning that the travel certificates will soon have to be completed directly in the TAC application.

In its current version, the application on iOS and Android only provides a redirect link to the website of the Ministry of the Interior which hosts a digital document.

🗣️ Containment: "A certificate will be required for all trips," says Olivier Véran.

It will be available on the TousAntiCovid application.

During his presentation just a week ago, the Secretary of State for Digital Cédric O had specified that TAC was intended to evolve and that the updates every two weeks would bring new functionalities.

QR codes to present to the police

The application will be able to generate QR codes to present to the police in the event of an inspection during an expedition for personal reasons.

His cabinet ensures that this new option will be implemented in "the next few days" and before the update scheduled for in a week.

In his speech on Wednesday evening, Emmanuel Macron made it an "instrument for getting out of this confinement".

As of the last count, the TousAntiCovid app has been installed 4.4 million times, but that includes updates to StopCovid.
