In the coming days, the Regavim movement intends to file a lawsuit in the High Court against the Civil Administration for not supervising and enforcing illegal construction in a Bedouin outpost that has partly taken over state lands and partly lands in the Nofi Perat master plan.

"Israel Today" has learned that under the auspices of the Civil Administration, 30 new buildings were added to the outpost within about a year and a half, despite the commitment of the Bedouin residents instead of continuing the illegal construction.

Today, the outpost has 150 buildings.

The petition filed is in fact the second to deal with the outpost.

About a year and a half ago, after the parties reached an agreement, the High Court deleted two petitions, one from the residents against the demolition orders issued for the buildings and the other from the Regavim movement against the non-implementation of demolition orders for the illegal buildings. They will submit a request within 45 days to regulate the outpost and delay the execution of demolition orders. The state, for its part, undertook to examine the possibility of a series. As part of the agreement, it was agreed that if the series was not possible, The months passed and the residents did not submit any request to regulate the outpost but even increased it.

The Regavim movement said: "Construction criminals have understood that there is no law and no dayan and a man who is honest in his eyes will do."
