The Superior Court of Justice of Entre Ríos ordered this Thursday to restore "immediately" the "Casa Nueva" field, owned by the Etchevehere family, occupied for a few days by militants of the group led by Juan Grabois, who came hand in hand of Dolores, the sister who claims ownership of the place.
With harsh criticism of her predecessor Raúl Flores, Judge
María Carolina Castagno
read the ruling after having issued an intermission after the hearing on Wednesday, where the appeal was dealt with as a result of the Etchevehere family's occupation of the field by the of militants who respond to Juan Grabois.
The magistrate's decision came after Judge Flores rejected the eviction request that the Etchevehere brothers had made.
