Bank of Communications (3328) announced its results for the third quarter ended September this year. Net profit attributable to bank shareholders was 16.207 billion yuan (RMB ‧ the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 6.8%.
Net interest income was 40.165 billion yuan, an increase of 10.75% year-on-year, and net fee and commission income was 10.706 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 5.6%.
In the first three quarters of this year, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the bank was 52.712 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.4%.
Net interest income was 114.014 billion yuan, an increase of 7.2% year-on-year, and net fee and commission income was 34.983 billion yuan, an increase of 1.5% year-on-year.
China Civil Bank made nearly 8.9 billion yuan in the third quarter
As for Minsheng Bank (1988), in the third quarter of this year, the net profit attributable to shareholders was 8.876 billion yuan, down 36.17% year-on-year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders after non-recurring gains and losses was 9.019 billion yuan, down 35.25% year-on-year.
In the first three quarters of this year, the bank's net profit attributable to shareholders was 8.876 billion yuan to 37.329 billion yuan, down 18.01% year-on-year, and net profit attributable to shareholders after non-recurring gains and losses was 37.477 billion yuan, down 17.71% year-on-year.
