Lorenz Auer died at the age of 88.

As a banking specialist, he was also the treasurer of the Tölzer CSU.
Particularly well-versed in all budget issues, he was also able to set appropriate accents in the city council.

As his daughter Patricia Auer-Eichner, now resident in Sachsenkam, tells us (the other daughter lives in Schliersee), the family lived on Arzbacher Straße in Bad Tölz until 1982.
The parents later moved to Obere Griesfeld.
His wife Ruth-Anneliese, who died in 2018, with whom he lived for 63 years and has traveled extensively, was the love of his life.

While she was very involved in the Tölzer gymnastics club, he was also very active in sports until old age.
He regularly went to the gym and ran.

With the support of an outpatient care service, Lorenz Auer died at home and with his family.
At the express request of the deceased, the funeral is now taking place in the immediate family circle.
