The marathon organized by the Syrian Company for Crafts (one of the Syrian Trust for Development programs) in cooperation with the Governorate of Damascus comes within the National Plan for Cancer Control and the Pink Month events that occur in October of each year, and the proceeds of the marathon will be to support those affected by the fires that have recently occurred in a number of governorates, according to Muhammad's statement. It is noteworthy that breast cancer is one of the most common and most dangerous types of cancer in women and in Syria, last year 2063 new cases were diagnosed in women and 103 injuries in men, and the probability of infection increases if there is a first-degree relative with breast cancer or ovarian cancer and the lifestyle is not Health, aging, smoking, weight gain and obesity.
