Ministers declared Bueina Nujidat as a restricted area, Majdal Shams closure extended
The Ministerial Committee for the Decision on Restricted Areas decided on the move in light of the alarming morbidity data in both authorities.

The Ministerial Committee for the Decision on a Restricted Area decided this morning (Friday) to declare the areas of the Boeina-Nujidat Local Council as a restricted area from tomorrow at 18:00 in the evening until next Thursday at that time.
In addition, it was decided to extend the closure on Majdal Shams, also until next Thursday.
Following the decision, first-fourth grades will not be opened in both authorities, but the early childhood frameworks will continue to operate as usual.
