Normally the mission group of St. Magdalena organizes a two-day Advent bazaar for the benefit of its projects at the end of November.
For this, the women tie a lot of wreaths and arrangements.

However, the citizens do not have to do without the Advent jewelry entirely.

What is different this year at the Advent Bazaar?
We always did it over two days.
There was a café and cake and a morning pint on Sundays.
This year the bazaar will only take place on Sunday, November 22nd, in a reduced form from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the parish hall of St. Magdalena.
And there can be no hospitality either.
For this we make wreaths on advance order.
How does it work?
We have put out flyers in all the churches of the Fürstenfeld Parish Association.
There, people can order Advent wreaths, grave arrangements and box trees.
You can specify the size and also the color of the candles.
The flyers can be handed in at the parish office of St. Magdalena by November 3rd or thrown in the mailbox there.
If you have any questions, the numbers of two contact persons are included.
And then is busy tying?
Yes, we need the lead time, because too many cannot tie wreaths at once.
But so far we've always found a solution.
How can the wreaths be collected?
The wreaths and flower arrangements are handed out at the Advent bazaar in the parish hall.
If circumstances allow, there will also be confectionery, biscuits and liqueurs.
We will of course comply with all hygiene regulations, wear masks and gloves.
There is a circular path with separate entrance and exit.
What happens to the proceeds from jewelry sales?
The proceeds go to the eight projects of the mission group.
Despite Corona, we want to do something good.
Because we have a social network that catches a lot, not in poor countries.
Our activities were very limited this year.
In this way we try to support the people there anyway.
