On Friday, after the fatal drive of a car into a group of people in
Kempen,
the
investigation
into the cause of
the
accident
continues.
A police spokeswoman said on Friday morning that the investigations could take longer because there were
no accident
witnesses.
The emergency services first had to be looked after after the incident on Thursday afternoon.
There is currently
no evidence
that the 30-year-old driver
intentionally
entered the group, it said.

According to the police, the 43-year-old pedestrian does not belong to the family.

The injured were picked up from the scene of the accident with several rescue helicopters.
