Tonight (31st) was 14 months after the 831 conflict at Prince Edward Station. Some citizens presented flowers outside Exit B of Prince Edward Station as before. District councillors were present to place cardboard boxes to collect flowers. A large number of police officers were on guard.

A man was holding a mobile phone to broadcast the Athlon’s entry into Prince Edward Station on August 31 last year. Police officers immediately pulled up the orange cordon to stop and search.

At about 8 pm, a demonstrator chanted insulting police slogans on Sai Yeung Choi South Street. The police raised the blue flag for a while and later arrested a man, accusing him of improper conduct in a public place.

Since 6 pm, a large number of police officers have been on guard at the junction of Prince Edward Road West and Nathan Road and are patrolling around.

They also enclosed the railings outside the Prince Edward Station with orange bands outside the station to prohibit citizens from approaching.

From 7 pm onwards, citizens began to lay flowers at Exit B of Prince Edward Station. District councillors showed up to collect bouquets by placing cardboard boxes and sending them to Shaling Cemetery tomorrow.

Police officers stopped and searched citizens from time to time, and repeatedly urged reporters to stay in the "interview area" set up by the police orange cordon.

In the meantime, a man held a phone to broadcast the law enforcement situation of the Athlon entering Prince Edward Station on August 31 last year. The police officers immediately pulled up the orange cordon to intercept and search.

In addition, Mong Kok North District Councillor Siu Tak-kin put up pumpkin decorations to celebrate Halloween in the former Lei Shengchun location, and appealed to the public to pay attention to the 12 Hong Kong residents incident, during which police officers came to the scene to persuade them to put decorations on the roadside to avoid obstructing pedestrians .

By 8 p.m., some demonstrators chanted insulting police slogans on Sai Yeung Choi South Street. A large number of police officers suddenly ran in an attempt to hunt down the demonstrators. Later, they raised the blue flag to warn the protesters that the assembly or procession was illegal and demanded to disperse. Otherwise, force may be used.

A man argued with the police. The police urged him to leave on several occasions. The man retorted that he was shopping. The police later took him away for disorderly conduct in public places.
