The Tunisian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 64 deaths and 1,784 new cases of Coronavirus during the past twenty-four hours.

Tunisia Africa News Agency quoted the ministry as saying in a daily report that the total number of Coronavirus infections in Tunisia since the start of the virus outbreak so far reached 59,813 cases, and the total deaths reached 1,317, indicating that the death rate has increased since the start of the virus outbreak in Tunisia to 11.1 percent.

In Algeria, the spokesperson for the Coronavirus Monitoring and Follow-up Committee, Dr. Jamal Forar, announced in a statement that 291 new infections and 8 deaths from the Coronavirus have been recorded during the past twenty-four hours, which brings the total number of infections to 57,942 cases and the total deaths to 1964 cases, while the total cases of recovery from infection with the virus reached 40201 status.
