The police today (31st) arrested 4 girls aged between 13 and 15 on suspicion of assault causing actual bodily harm.
The police alleged that the four arrested and the victim were in the same middle school. The reason for the bullying did not involve money issues, but that the victim had spoken insultingly during a verbal argument with one of his classmates during the ride.
The victim was bullied in the morning and afternoon of the day before yesterday (29th) in a school and a residential building. In addition to being slapped and kicked, some people involved asked the victim to kneel and use a treasure stove.
The online footage showed two girls wearing light blue school skirts standing between the stairs of a building. Inspector Chan Ho-hsuan of the Fourth Team of Criminal Investigation Team of Mong Kok Police District said that the police received a 13-year-old girl accompanied by her family to report to the police yesterday (30th) night. The residential building was beaten and bullied because the victim had friction with another classmate earlier due to a verbal dispute.
The victim's knees, face and abdomen were all red and swollen and bruised. A fragment of bullying was also circulating on the Internet.
