Hong Kong TV (1137) announced a series of personnel changes to reflect and comply with the company's business development guidelines.

The company's vice chairman and chief executive Wang Weiyi was transferred to the "Group Chief Executive Officer" and will be responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of the group, as well as the business policy of Hong Kong and international business operations.

According to the notice, Wang Weiyi is entitled to receive a salary package including a basic monthly salary of 600,000 yuan and a monthly housing allowance of 175,000 Hong Kong dollars, as well as performance bonuses determined by the board of directors at its discretion.

The company’s Chief Financial Officer Huang Yali was transferred to the "Group Chief Financial Officer"; the Chief Operating Officer Liu Zhigang was transferred to Chief Executive Officer (International Business); and the company’s Managing Director (shopping and e-commerce) Zhou Huijing was transferred to Chief Executive Officer (Hong Kong).
