The Corona Cabinet approved yesterday (Friday) before the beginning of Shabbat in a telephone poll the regulations detailed below for the Cabinet meeting held on Thursday.

The regulations are valid until Saturday, November 14, and they will begin starting tomorrow at 6 a.m., except for an event restriction regulation that will begin at 2 p.m.

Full regulations

1. It will be possible to hold training and competitions for competitive athletes, children and youth, and in the swimming and motor sports industry - also for adults.

2. It will be possible to hold driving lessons subject to the instructions of traveling in a private vehicle - up to a driver and two passengers in the vehicle. 

3. It will be possible to operate a welfare framework and other services listed in section 11 (b) of the law, not only for essential social care.

This amendment will allow, among other things, the operation of services within the framework of "day centers and clubs for senior citizens" or services for alleviating loneliness intended for senior citizens, including those not within the framework of the local authority's welfare services and libraries for the blind.

4. It is permissible to operate a place for training or competition of a professional athlete as well as of a competitive athlete. 

5. In addition to the operation of nature reserves and national parks, it will also be possible to operate open areas of heritage sites and antiquities sites.

6. B & Bs: It will be possible to operate a accommodation complex, with up to 4 completely separate accommodation units, with each unit being used for people living together only.

Operating a hospitality complex in violation of the conditions constitutes an offense for which the fine is NIS 5,000.

7. It will be possible to operate places for the provision of non-medical treatments in the human body, such as hairdressers and beauty and cosmetic treatments, as well as complementary medicine treatments.

Subject to the conditions set out in the regulations, including the obligation to coordinate a visit in advance.

8. It will be possible to operate drive-in complexes for watching the film. 

9. Prayer: Up to 10 people will be allowed in the building and 20 people in an open area, it will be emphasized: prayers only.

Prayer with a higher number of people is allowed as a criminal offense (the fine is NIS 500 for each of those present). 

10. Events of the wedding, party, organized trip or ceremony - will be possible with up to 10 people in the building or 20 outside (and a maximum of up to 20 people). 

11. It is forbidden to organize or participate in an event of the type: sports event, conference, festival and entertainment and art show.

12. It is prohibited for an operator of a public and business place or holding a private place to hold a prohibited event, and a provider of services (such as photography, catering, music, lighting and infrastructure) is prohibited from providing a service for a prohibited event or an event exceeding the number of participants. A fine of NIS 5,000 is expected for this provision. 

13. The obligation to retain information by a holder of a public or business place whose entry is made by prior arrangement or reservation for delivery in case of need for epidemiological investigation (such as a place to provide non-medical treatments in the human body, a place to provide complementary medicine and more) will apply. 

Up to 20 students per class and reduced mixing in daycare 

The Corona Cabinet has approved an amendment to the regulations for the special powers to deal with the Corona virus regarding the restriction of the activities of educational institutions.

Starting tomorrow, the educational frameworks for children in grades 1-4 will open only, for at least 4 days in each age group.

1.
