A first at home
Finally!
Stade Français has finally unlocked its home victory counter this season.
After 7 days (6 for the Parisians), including 3 matches at Jean-Bouin, the Stadistes finally offered their first success on their land, 9 months after their last victory (against La Rochelle, 21-20, last February) .
Beaten by Bayonne (19-26) then by Racing (25-27), Gonzalo Quesada's men were keen to make up for it in the “Clasico”.
It is now done.

Parisian power
Gonzalo Quesada had opted for a powerful third row, with the start of the usual South African second row Gerbrandt Grobler and the return of Sekou Macalou.
It took him well.
Like its 6-7-8 trio, Stade Français has put the necessary ingredients to move Toulouse from the start of the match.
If the three quarters were feasted, the front line did the “job”, as evidenced by the tests after ball carried by Latu (27th) and Gabrillagues (53rd).
Envy and promises.
Naivalu in the right places
We could have mentioned the two Parisian centers, Jonathan Danty (5 duels won) and Julien Delbouis, but in the heart of the Parisian attack, the Australian winger Sefanaia Naivalu achieved an XXL match.
Involved in all the good moves, the former player of the Melbourne Reds had a great time without scoring.
But the international wallaby has given so much, like his inspiration which leads to the test of Percillier (71st), or the support provided on the test of strength of Gabrillagues (53rd).
Promising.
FLOPS
A catastrophic start for Toulouse
"We did not make the task easy by forgetting to enter the field", Sofiane Guitoune at the microphone of Canal +.
The words are crude, but fair.
If Toulouse wanted to annoy the Stade Français, it would have taken a completely different start than the one they had on Sunday at Jean-Bouin.
Three tries conceded in less than a quarter of an hour of play, the Reds and Blacks have clearly accustomed us to better… A gap that has proved to be unstoppable, swelling over the minutes.
Young people in difficulty A
delicate first for young people from Toulouse.
For their firsts, Youyoutte and Idjellidaine suffered, like all of their teammates, the repeated assaults of a Stade Français which was thirsty for revenge.
On the Porte d'Auteuil side, it was better to wear the Parisian colors this Sunday evening.
Lacking experience and benchmarks (14 forward, 19 lost balls), the "bottle class" of Stade Toulousain could not find the fault.
Never really able to worry about the other Stadium, the Rouge et Noir clearly did not make the weight in a Classic that they had however used to win since 2010 (22 games, 16 Toulouse victories, 4 Parisian successes , 1 null).
