Severe tropical storm Swan has weakened into a tropical storm.
At 7 am, the swans gathered about 1160 kilometers east of Da Nang and are expected to move westward at a speed of about 18 kilometers per hour across the middle of the South China Sea.
At the same time, Tropical Storm Isani gathered about 1,020 kilometers east-northeast of Manila, and is expected to move northwest at a speed of about 18 kilometers per hour across the northwest Pacific Ocean.
