It seems that Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit will soon decide not to prosecute the companies in the Alps cases.
The same companies are Bezeq and the Walla website (File 4000) and the Yedioth Ahronoth Group (File 2000).
Prosecution in the event that his decision is final, will only be against people in person, such as Noni Mozes, Shaul Alovich and Benjamin Netanyahu.
It will be recalled that shortly after the advisor's decision to prosecute them, Adv. Michael Devorin, who represents the Likud, addressed the Lavi organization and demanded an answer from the advisor as to whether he intended to prosecute the companies in question as well.
At the beginning of the year, Adv. Adi Menachem Beer, assisting the consultant, replied that a decision had not yet been made and that this was being considered.
The prime minister's associates attacked Mandelblit: "The ombudsman's decision not to prosecute Yedioth Ahronoth and Bezeq, which allegedly received huge sums of money, proves that there is no basis for Prime Minister Netanyahu's absurd accusation of bribery. Another absurdity."
The prosecution denied the report and said, as in the past, that "no decision has yet been made on the matter."
