Taufkirchen / Vils / Fürstenfeldbruck / Augsburg - The increased
corona tests are
pushing many laboratories to the limit - and reliability also seems to be suffering, as not only the wrong test results from footballers like Serge Gnabry from FC Bayern * or third division club Türkgücü Munich * show.
With devastating consequences:

Incorrect corona test results in Bavaria: damage to the economy and health
Because of the barely explainable accumulation of positive test results, the
Isar-Amper Clinic in Taufkirchen / Vils had it
tested again.
The result: Of 60 corona tests that tested positive last week by the Augsburg MVZ laboratory (formerly Schottdorf), 58 turned out to be negative in the control test - the patients were therefore unnecessarily isolated and the health authorities had unnecessarily the contact persons in quarantine cleverly.
"The wrong test results mean enormous economic damage for the clinics and great suffering, including health problems for the patients," said an insider.

Corona: How reliable are PCR tests?
Breakdown in the Isar-Amper-Klinikum raises questions
PCR tests *
(polymerase chain reactions) are actually the most reliable tests with a hit rate of "almost 100 percent", as the virologist Gerd Uwe Liebert explained to us.
According to the Federal Ministry of Health, more than 1.7 million corona tests have been carried out in the past few weeks.
Around 50 percent of the tests are carried out in the 20 largest laboratories, which also include MVZ.
The clinics did not want to comment on the breakdown.
