The last day of early voting was relatively quiet at the Haggard Library in Plano.
In the parking lot, panels of candidates for multiple elections, from the president to sheriffs and local judges outnumber the voters.
“There is hardly anyone left, but that's because all the people have already come to vote!”
Explains one of the polling station supervisors.

The influx took place as soon as the early voting opened on October 13.
“We had never seen that.
People lined up for hours, first in the sun, then in the rain, to come and drop their ballots. ”
At the close of early voting last Friday, the number of votes cast was unprecedented: 9.6 million Texas voters, or 57% of some 16 million registered voters, have already voted.
Not to mention the millions that are expected Tuesday for election day, their number already exceeds the total votes cast
