"Scandalous", "shameful", "horrible".
The fear won the inhabitants of Sartrouville this Sunday, the day after the arson of a passenger bus.
At around 11 p.m. on Saturday, two men equipped with gasoline cans led a real ambush against a bus from line 272. The events took place at the Romain-Rolland stop, in the city of India.
The two individuals first got the driver out of the vehicle before setting it on fire.
No injuries are to be deplored.
This incident adds to the many tensions that erupted in the department during the night from Saturday to Sunday.
Managed by the RATP, this line takes a route from Sartrouville station to Argenteuil station (Val-d'Oise).
"Our agent, record of service, was taken care of by a supervisor and by the on-call duty", we told RATP.
The indignation of the inhabitants
The reactions did not fail to multiply in the face of this act described as "unbearable".
“In the meantime, they will surely stop line 272 for a while, that's good, it's going to be super practical for those who work, plague a resident of Sartrouville.
Already the SNCF and RATP are reducing traffic from tomorrow, because of the confinement, if in addition, the 272 is stopped, or there are unserved stops, it will be a hassle not possible ".
On the side of carriers, anger is also in order.
“We don't really know if it's the confinement or the Halloween night,” said a bus driver.
But in general, we see more and more barbaric attacks against drivers and users and in particular the settling of scores.
“Ten days ago already, two buses had been the target of an ambush in Poissy.
