On the change in his past life thanks to the parkour Noodleman told me: "I started training in the parkour when I was 13. Before that I was an introverted, shy child, with no outstanding athletic abilities and in the first months I was bad at parkour and absorbed quite a few insults from the environment. "Time and without paying attention, it became my refuge from the environment. You could say that I developed a real relationship with the parkour and thanks to that I found a safe place that gradually boosted my confidence."

While delving into parkour, Noodleman began to meet new members of the scene from all over the country, when he began attending meetings outside Holon, his hometown.

He said: "I felt quite disconnected from other friends my age and found myself practicing parkour for hours alone, which seemed strange to others. When I started attending parkour meetings with others who practice this art all over the country I met new friends my age with the same passion and love for this challenge. "Suddenly I no longer found myself alone but surrounded by good people and from there I progressed."

By the time he was in high school, Nodelman had already begun performing in a street arts theater and began to make a leading name for himself in Senza, which began to develop in the country.

After his military service as a combat medic in the Kfir unit, Noodleman tried his luck in other fields but very quickly returned to the ground where he felt most secure.

On the added value of parkour as a therapeutic sport he explained to me: "After the army I found myself at a loss, I switched between different jobs in nightlife but did not feel like I was progressing in life and the financial situation started to get depressing. It has no specific rules or purpose or pressures, just like dance.

"Without paying attention, those involved pose the challenges, some of them extremely difficult and it is a tool that can be used in life, a kind of mental springboard that helps overcome barriers, mind and life."

Over a year ago Noodleman took another significant step towards his future vocation, he enrolled in a parkour instructors course, successfully completed it and now teaches classes to children and personally coaches athletes in the field. “I decided to bring my personal experience and help those who get stuck and feel depressed.

The beauty of parkour is that it can be made accessible to anyone anywhere and anytime, "Noodleman said, adding:" I soon opened a Facebook and Instagram group 'HIGHFLIP', a group that is meant to be the home of anyone interested in the field and still in its infancy.

The group has gained momentum, today it has thousands of followers from all over the country and everyone uploads videos with their performance, supporting and encouraging each other. "

Thanks to the name he gained for himself as a parkour expert, Nodelman began working as an assistant guide at Ninja Park on the streets and soon impressed everyone with his leadership and training abilities and was recently hired to film the third season of the popular TV show Ninja Israel.

On the goals for the future, Nodelman said: "Beyond Ninja Israel, my dream is to represent my team 'HIGHFLIP' and the country in parkour competitions abroad.

This art is much more developed there and I strive to train and compete against the best, including against those I have been following since I was little.

I have already proven that I not only pursue my dreams but also implement them in the field, so I have no doubt that I will reach this goal as well. "

Dan Nodelman, I had a fascinating meeting with a strong and talented guy, one who uses parkour art when accompanying others to physical and mental success.
