After four years in office, the US president shows fewer of the signs of wear and tear than his predecessors.

The multiple ways in which Donald Trump is

a president unlike any other

in the history of the United States have been analyzed to infinity throughout the more than four years that have elapsed since he launched the campaign for the presidential nomination of the Republican Party.

From the way he began his political career and his incendiary rhetoric to his approach to figures considered radioactive such as Vladimir Putin or Kim Jong-un, all of Trump's gestures and acts have only cemented the notion that

the president is a category itself

.

Within hours of the presidential election, a traditional dimension appears with which presidents are often judged at the end of their term:

how different they look compared to when they started their government

.

As with other aspects, Trump is eminently a unique figure.

In August 2019, CNN journalist Chris Cuomo ignited a controversy when he said on the air that it had been "almost three years since Trump had won the election, and he

looked practically the same

."

Cuomo's discharge came after Trump told a group of journalists that there was nothing to keep him awake at night.

"You may be working with some augmented reality in your images, but it may also not matter as much as the others," he added.

Cuomo then went through photos of the most recent former US presidents to mark the differences from the current one.

"Look at (Bill) Clinton's hair, it turned completely white. George Bush looks like he suffered a beating,

Obama looks like his own grandfather

. This is a very difficult job because of the stress they carry on their backs," he continued.

At this point, it cannot be omitted to mention that not even COVID-19 seems to have affected the behavior or appearance of the president.

Let us remember that, although he suffered a drop in his oxygen levels and had to be treated with various drugs, the president

went aboard a truck to greet his followers

during his stay at the Walter Reed Military Hospital.

Three days after being admitted, Trump decided to discharge himself, a decision that most experts considered risky, given that he

was

still

in what was considered a risky phase

of the disease.

The president boarded a helicopter and landed on the White House grounds.

From one of the balconies, he was defiant and in line with his position that the pandemic was never a very worrying thing.

Trump's energetic attitude has long

raised questions

.

The questions arise naturally, since he is a man in his 70s who does not exercise and consumes a diet based almost entirely on fast food, since his phobia of germs is known.

The physical appearance of Donald Trump after four years in office is surprising because of how little affected he is.

Despite all these characteristics of his lifestyle, Trump has managed to display a very high level of activity and energy, which is evidenced more than anything in his 2016 campaign tour, where he managed to keep the attention of a crowd (

in some cases, for up to 90 minutes)

night after night and with continuous trips, for months.
