Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit this evening (Monday) forwarded to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the clauses in his opinion that he should not engage in for reasons of conflict of interest, following his trial for bribery, fraud and breach of trust in the Alpine cases.

According to the Attorney General, Netanyahu to act in accordance with the opinion and avoid engaging each of these.



"Cases giving rise to conflict of interests relating to the resolutions related to law enforcement, the court system, other witnesses or defendants in the trial, certain occupations in the field of activity of the Ministry of Communications and procedures "Governments that deal with legislation that has an impact on the criminal proceedings in his case," the ombudsman said.

In the
