A recent opinion poll in Turkey published today revealed the continued deterioration of the popularity of the Justice and Development Party and the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, against the backdrop of his authoritarian policies and the economic crisis that plagues the country as a result of his practices.
The poll, conducted by the Turkish "Afrasia" foundation and published in Zaman newspaper, found that the Justice and Development Party had only 25.5 percent of the people polled in support, while the opposition Republican People's Party (CHP) got 22.1 percent of the vote.
The results of an opinion poll conducted by the "MAC" Foundation for Studies and Consulting between the 15th and 25th of last October in 61 Turkish cities regarding the Turkish street's support for political parties in the event of holding parliamentary elections showed a decline in the support rate for the Justice and Development Party.
A poll conducted by the Afrasya Foundation last year showed a remarkable decline in Erdogan's popularity due to his authoritarian policies and the economic crisis in the country caused by the unprecedented deterioration of the Turkish lira.
Criticism and voices opposing Erdogan's policies are increasing, and support for his party is decreasing due to his practices at all levels, which led to a catastrophic deterioration of economic conditions and suffering from crises at various levels.
