The Narcotics Control Branch in Lattakia governorate arrested a drug trafficker in
possession of 3.5 kilograms of the substance.
In a statement, SANA received a copy of it today, the Ministry of Interior stated that within the framework of the continuous and vigorous follow-up to the arrest of drug traffickers and promoters, the Narcotics Control Branch in Lattakia arrested a person after receiving information that he had transported hashish in a cherry-colored car to promote and sell it in Latakia Governorate.
The statement indicated that 3.5 kilograms of hashish was
seized in the possession of the detainee.
