At 7 o'clock in the morning, the Observatory recorded a temperature of 21.5 degrees and a relative humidity of 70%. The highest UV index today is predicted to be about 7, indicating a high intensity.
According to the Observatory, tropical cyclone Isani will linger in the northeastern waters of the Philippines today, and then roughly move to the northeastern part of the South China Sea to Taiwan, but its path and intensity are still variable.
The Observatory will closely monitor Ai Shani's movements.
At 5 o'clock in the morning, Tropical Storm Swan gathered about 630 kilometers east-southeast of Da Nang, and is expected to move west-southwest at a speed of about 12 kilometers per hour, crossing the middle of the South China Sea.
At the same time, Tropical Storm Isani gathered about 990 kilometers northeast of Manila. It is expected to move slowly and linger in the northeast waters of the Philippines.

northeast monsoon is affecting Guangdong; Hong Kong is generally cloudy today with sunny and dry periods during the day; the highest temperature is about 25 degrees.
The east wind is fresh, and strong winds occasionally blow offshore.
Outlook: The
weather will be generally fine and dry in the next one or two days; the wind will be stronger tomorrow; the daytime temperature will pick up slightly on Friday.
