Opening the hospital and putting it into active service, according to Dr. Muhammad Amer Al-Mardini, President of the University of Andalusia, is a vital matter for students of the university, which includes various medical faculties, including dentistry, human medicine, pharmacy, medical engineering and hospital management, explaining that the hospital is not a service only, but rather a high-level rehabilitation and training, and it will have Good outcomes at the level of Syria.

The hospital provides medical services that include departments such as ambulance, clinics, the so-called resuscitation and intensive care, in addition to surgical departments of all kinds, inpatient and gynecological clinics, children, ear and dermatology, and all medical specialties.

Dr. Abdel Nasser Harfouche, Chairman of the University's Board of Trustees, confirmed that the opening of the hospital came to meet the needs of the region in which it is located by providing a number of health services and job opportunities for the people of the region. Students will also be trained within the hospital by their professors, indicating that the university has a strategic plan to establish 14 hospitals and 14 branches of the university In all provinces.

The mechanism for accepting patients and dealing with them within the hospital talked about by nurse Manar Hassan, head of the admission office, where a complete file for the service is prepared that includes full papers, including a checklist of surgical work in each department, which ensures that there are no errors, in addition to a special visit form for the patient after his discharge from the hospital.

The hospital serves an area with a population of more than 80 thousand people and was considered, until recently, a remote area, according to its Director General, Dr. Hassan Shahoud, stressing that the hospital administration is trying to provide a quality service to the citizen who was previously suffering from the trouble of transportation and transportation to reach the nearest hospital in the cities of Tartous and Lattakia, where the procedure was conducted. The hospital consists of eight floors, on a floor area of ​​approximately 7900 square meters, according to what was explained by Dr. Nidal Shaban, the administrative director of the hospital, and it includes 131 beds and the number of employees is about 206, including 45 doctors. It provides emergency services on the ground floor while the second floor includes about 20 clinics operating in the morning from 8:00 Until four in the afternoon.

In turn, citizen Naguib Ali Hassan, who regularly reviews the clinic, considered that the hospital is a civilized and service edifice that contributed to the development of the region and relieved its children a lot of burdens, stressing that the services provided by the hospital to the people of the region are quality and there is care and concern for all patients and reviewers.
