Hong Kong Industrial International Group (0480) painfully announced that the company’s chairman, authorized representative, and chairman of the nomination committee and corporate governance committee, Cha Maosheng, had been in California, USA on November 6, 2020 (Pacific Standard Time) with his family. Passed away peacefully.

Cha Maosheng became an executive director in 1989 and has been the chairman of the company since May 2007.

Cha Maosheng devoted his life to the development of the group. The leaders in his tenure made precious contributions to the group, and his death was a major loss to the group.

Cha Maosheng was born in 1943, the eldest son of the famous entrepreneur Cha Jimin, and a former member of the CPPCC National Committee.
