The Hong Kong Taxi and Minibus Chamber of Commerce held its 21st meeting today. The board of directors approved the adjustment of car rentals from next Tuesday (17th). The daytime car rental for Toyota Jinfeng four-seater taxis will be reduced from the original 460 yuan to 410 yuan. , And night car rental is reduced from 410 yuan to 350 yuan.
The car rental adjustment is a recommendation, not a rigid rule, and the operator can adjust the price according to the operating cost.
Zhou Guoqiang, chairman of the Hong Kong Taxi and Minibus Chamber of Commerce, pointed out that most car dealers have followed the previous round of rent adjustments. He also pointed out that due to the epidemic, some drivers are worried about the infection. Even if the rent is reduced, it may not attract drivers to rent a car.
In response to the impact of the epidemic, the Hong Kong Taxi and Minibus Chamber of Commerce proposed to lower taxi rents in July. At that time, it recommended to reduce the daily rental by 30 yuan and night-time rental by 100 yuan for a period of 7 days.
