He is 13 years old and in the neighborhood they know him as "Little."

His image shocked when through a video he was shown with various weapons, shooting into the air and threatening to "kill everyone."

From the viralization of that sequence, the focus was on the Justice of Tucumán.

Everyone wants to know what happened.

The Tucumán Security Ministry ordered an investigation into the incident.

"Hey manga de giles", the boy begins in a recording made with a cell phone, in which he addresses other people whom he challenges to go to his neighborhood, which would be in Villa 9 de Julio.

"I have two 30-shot magazines, I will kill them if they come to Panama,"

adds "Pequeno", who can see the two magazines on his waist.

Although those would not be the only images that portray him armed.

The boy has already been identified and is known in Villa 9 de Julio.

According to the first data collected by the investigators, he belongs to a gang of minors who assault, mainly, taxi drivers.

And they would always do it armed, as seen in the video image.

"Just as they are going to fight they are going to leave, I do not know if they are going to leave alive or not, but I am going to kill them all, you are going to see. That they are well caught. Look", he says and shoots twice with the pistol in his right hand.

"I'm going to kill them, I'm going to kill the son of a bitch," completes the boy, whose father also had a criminal record.

These threats were aimed at another known organization on the outskirts of Tucumán:

Los Toro.

That gang is dedicated to drug trafficking and sale, and it is believed that "Little" had a conflict with some member of that group and for that reason he "invited" them to go to his neighborhood to settle the matter.

"They are dangerous, they are minors, they

go out to commit crimes armed and they know they are unimpeachable.

Several times raids were made but those weapons were never found, that is why we believe they are provided by adults, who are not in the neighborhood," say police sources to

La Gaceta.

Another detail, which has a direct connection with one of the phrases that "Little" remarks in the video ("I'm going to kill them if they come to 'Panama'"), has to do with the identification of the organization to which he belongs: "We know that it is about 'La Banda de la Panamá", they are known and have already committed several armed robberies, "adds the same source.

After the video was broadcast, the Ministry of Security led by Claudio Maley ordered the Police to establish the origin of these images and to intervene in the courts.

"I am a neighbor of this family, he settled in a while ago and the problems began.

That boy is being cared for by his parents.

We are tired of reporting the shots heard and the robberies they commit," denounced a neighbor from 9 de Julio.

"I was not surprised by the video, here in the neighborhood you see them, they are 'little soldiers' of gangs of thieves or drug traffickers," added a neighbor.

The investigation will be in charge of the Telematic and Economic Crimes Division of the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Complex Crimes of the provincial security force.

In addition, it was indicated that the Directorate of Children, Adolescents and Family (Dinayf) reported the incident to the Children's Ombudsman and Judge Federico Moeykens.
